Recruitment of new volunteers occurs every September and January at the start of each Fall/Winter Term. Check back often for the application form.

  • This is the program that started it all. Pairs of volunteers are assigned a Grade 4, 5, or 6 classroom that they are expected to go to at least once a month to do a one-hour science activity.
  • All materials are supplied in ready-to-go bins.
  • You must also help with at least two fundraisers during the year.
  • Must be available for at least two hours between 9:00am and 3:00pm on a weekday.
  • Volunteers are expected to attend a mandatory training session at the end of September / beginning of October and do at least five presentations during the year.

  • If you can't commit to volunteering with us year-round, help out with FUNday! We expect you to attend at least on training session and help on FUNday either in the morning, afternoon or all day.
